What You'll Actually Learn

These aren't theoretical lectures. Each workshop involves working through real financial documents, discussing what you find, and asking questions as they come up.

Most participants bring their laptops and follow along as we navigate through company filings together. It's more like a study group than a formal class.

  • How to find and access financial statements efficiently
  • Which metrics reveal company health beyond headline numbers
  • Common accounting practices that obscure real performance
  • Building your own analysis framework that fits your goals
  • Questions to ask before making investment decisions

Ask Real Questions

When you're confused about something in a financial statement, you can ask right away. The discussions that follow often reveal insights nobody expected.

Build Your Process

There's no single "correct" way to analyze companies. These workshops help you develop an approach that makes sense for your situation and goals.

Meet Other Learners

People who attend tend to keep in touch afterward. Having others to discuss ideas with makes continuing your learning easier and more interesting.

How to Register

Sessions are limited to twenty participants so everyone has room to work and ask questions. We usually fill up about six weeks before each workshop date.

You don't need any special background or experience. Some participants are complete beginners, others have been investing for years and want to sharpen their analysis skills.

Bring a laptop if you have one, though we can provide materials to work with if needed. We'll send detailed session information once you register.
